We start each cleaning with a quick inspection of the home, checking for any noticeable damage and reaching out to management, who can then alert owners (if they want to be involved), who coordinate speciality services or replacement linens and supplies if needed. 

We typically start the cleaning process by gathering all the bathroom linens, stripping all beds, and running laundry during our cleaning to be as efficient with our time on-site. 

We disinfect and clean every surface in the home, including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other living spaces. 

Quality check lists are marked off after everything in the homes is ready for the next guests. We typically have our cleaning managers do walk throughs after the cleaning technicians leave, to ensure supplies is restocked and our quality standards have been met. 

Included when there are stains, excessive pet fur, or no laundry services on site. 

Includes extra attention to walls, baseboards, and doors with scuff marks or cute drawings from those adorable little guests. 

Includes spot and/or full carpet cleaning with specialized carpet cleaning devices. Typically needed with pet and kid stains. 

Includes biohazard cleanup of pet and human waste. This requires specialized PPE and sanitation cleaning tools, to ensure the safety of our team, your property, and new guests.
